How our Remote KAP Program Works

One month-long Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) program, designed to reset your perspective and boost your mood through rapid antidepressant effects. This powerful medicine combined with support and guidance has potential to provide new insights to help you see ways to improve your quality of life and make positive changes to support your wellbeing. Learn best practices with preparation and guidance. Psychotherapeutic support will assist you in achieving emotional and behavioral changes you desire to accomplish your goals.

4-Week Program

  1. KAP Assessment to determine your history and intentions for personal growth and wellness.
  2. Referral to Dr. for your medical screening and Physician guidance.
  3. Delivery of your medicine.
  4. Preparation and (4) Guided Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy sessions with Integration (weekly).

About Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

We utilize Humanistic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to help you create lasting, positive changes in all eight areas of Wellness in your life.

We recommend having 4 weeks' of therapeutic support with this program. This allows you to to experience the antidepressant effects and start to make changes that will support your ongoing wellbeing. Ongoing coaching and support is offered after completion for the KAP Program.
